Linda Sue (Lynn) Sinclair, 55 of Indianapolis, passed away Monday, March 24, She was born December 19, 1952 in Fort Wayne, IN born to William and Alice Ecker. She is survived by her husband, Dan Sinclair; Sons, Benjamin C. Hogston, Joshua M. Laisure, and Mathew W. Sinclair; Daughter Jennifer M. Sinclair; Mother, Alice, sisters, Jody McKibben and Lori Ecker; Half-Sister Sandra Watson. Preceeded in death by her father, William Ecker. She worked as a Clinical Technician at Community Hospital North. Friends are invited to call Thursday, March 27, 3-7pm at Harry W. Moore Funeral Care. Memorial Service will be held on March 29, 3:00pm at Grace Church, 2200 English Ave, Indianapolis.

    To Dan, Lori, and family,
    I am so fortunate to have met Lynn and Lori when I did. We became fast friends under the circumstance of grieving for our fathers. I am glad I was able to give Lynn joy with the portrait of her father. I will miss her.

    I am sorry I could not come to see you at the showing. I know it is one of the hardest things to lose a loved one. I know though, that through the strong faith you possess that you will help your family through these times. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. If I can help in any way, please let me know.

    Just so you know. I will be asking that the next City Council meeting be adjourned in memory of your wife.

    I am so sorry to hear about Lynn. I was only with her a few times but I enjoyed our talks (especially about food). She loved you and the kids very much and she knew how much she was loved by all of you. I know you will take comfort in knowing that she is pain free now and forever.

    We extend our sincere condolences to all of you. Lynn was one of the most kind person’s we have known. Her thoughtfulness and caring of others touched us all. Her help donating hours making sno-cones for the girls Washington DC trip will always be remembered. And as she makes her home with God, we will fondly remember her in our hearts.
